••Damaged or Incorrect Items••
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at beachbabybowco.com where there is an email link & include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake or damage is on our end, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
In the event a refund is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label so the bow can be returned before the refund is processed.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
••Custom Orders••
For custom orders, if we make an error, we will correct the mistake and ship your replacement bow free of charge. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in size, color, or pattern placement are part of the unique charm and are not considered defects.
Processing Time
RTS items:Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom orders: Processing may take longer depending on the complexity of the order.
On average 3-4 weeks excluding weekends!
Example one week tat time is 7 days excluding the weekend!
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Information
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or packages marked as “delivered” but not received.
Once an order leaves our shop, delivery times are out of our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local postal service to file a claim.
